The hypnosis worked! At first, I wasn’t sure. I got my Covid vaccinations without passing out and thought, huh, that’s new. But then, the night before a routine physical, I realized I wasn’t dreading the needle at all. I used to spend weeks working myself up before an appointment, and now it’s just not a thing. While I don’t love needles by any means, I don’t fear them anymore, and that’s made such a difference. So, THANK YOU.

Just as you trained your brain—intentionally or not—to develop certain neural pathways and Pavlovian reactions, Avner guides you through the steps to undo that self-damage, lessen trauma-responses, and form constructive and healthy ways to process the flotsam and jetsam stimuli of our often difficult world. After my very first meeting with him, I was shocked to discover that I was able to breathe more deeply and had relaxed my shoulders, neck, and upper-torso in a way that I hadn't in years. I offer nothing but my deepest and sincerest endorsement of this man's skills, wisdom, and ability to help anxious people feel utterly at ease.

Thanks so much for your expert hypnotic session! I’ve been using the self-inducing trance technique with success. Several times I’ve awakened and felt that all to familiar sensation of needing to get up and turn on the light and read, but focusing away from this helped me drift off. Thanks! The darkness is less of a trigger. I feel you also had a good suggestion of looking at darkness and my subconscious’s reaction to this as trying to tell me something and I’ve been thinking about this reaction in a different way. It’s a work in progress, but I do believe the session with you was of immense help.
